Where did you grow up: Boulder, Colorado
GIVE US A BRIEF SYNOPSIS OF YOUR DIETING HISTORY: I have been following several diets, Eat right for your blood type, and the south beach diet. I have lost, gained, lost, gained, and would really like to lose it all for good.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: Currently I am working full time, raising two kids as a single mother and going to college. I will graduate in 72 days and would like to look great for graduation.
WHAT PERSONALITY TRAITS ARE YOU ANNOYED BY: People who think they know it all and are never wrong annoy me.
MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IS: Red Lobster
DESCRIBE YOUR FAVORITE MEAL: Crabcakes wrap from Heidi's deli.
DESCRIBE YOUR FAVORITE DESSERT TREAT: Chocolate cake
FOOD IS: A way to keep your body healthy, and give you fuel by eating good foods. It can also get you into trouble if you do not eat the right things.
EXERCISE IS: A must in order to lose weight and tone your body.
WHAT WOULD MOTIVATE YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT: A trainer to help me with the right work outs.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU WANT TO LOSE: I would like to lost 55lbs
DESCRIBE YOUR MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT OR EXPERIENCE: Thinking I was looking great before I went out and the next day saw awful pics of myself. I couldn't believe what I wore that night.
WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD BE THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING THIN: I would be a much healthy person and my self estem would improve greatly. I would be able to buy smaller size clothes that a cute instead of jeans and t-shirts.
WHATS THE HARDEST THING ABOUT BEING OVERWEIGHT: The way people look at you and put you down for being overweight. Being called a fat person.
HOW COMPETITIVE ARE YOU: I can be very competitive when I receieve a challenge.
HOW ATHLETIC ARE YOU: I have been exercising off and on forever.

Congrats on your 19.1 pound loss! That inspite of some shoulder problems which are currently resolved and getting the crud big time. And dropping in dress sizes from an 18-14. You have done fantastic.
I hope you take advantage of your lefteime membership to Spectrum's gym and other perks we offered you. I look forward to helping you achieve your final goals and maintaining them.
Besides, we would miss having your personality training in the gym - there you have it.
Congrats on your accomplishments and look forward to seeing what you will do over the next 8 weeks.

Tina,
You lost another 3.5 pounds this week for a total of 14.2 pounds in 5 weeks. Healthy eating and proper exercise and of course training with the best trainers under Spectrum's medical model.
Awesome job. Can't wait to see what you do over the next 3 weeks.

You lost 10.7 pounds in 1 month. That's 2.675 pounds per week! You are doing amazing. And that is without caloriew cutting - just healthy eating 6 times a day and getting tortured by us. Can't wait to see what you do over the next 4 weeks!
